There is no assurance that the product they carry will be in stock, with the exception of the house brand. Be prepared for substitute suggestions, even if you don't want anything different.
The staff is wonderful at this location! My wife and I have had haircuts from every stylist at this location. Each time they did a great job on what we wanted that day. My wife enjoys getting highlights and they always look Great! Michelle,Courtney,&Amie Thanks! Great Job!
This place is so bad! First they don't open at the time stated online or on the door but almost 2 hours later. Then the girl cutting my kids hair sucked! She jacked up their hair the sideburns on one side was higher then the other side 2 of my other kids had bold spots and the forth was left with bangs and lopsided I was very mad I expressed how I wanted her to fix their hair she said she Done a great job and what I wanted she couldn't do because it would cost her thousands and years for blade traing that how I wanted their hair she would need a blade. Last reason the sign says the haircuts come with a hairwash and all she did was cut their hair and that was it no wash no styling nothing & the bill was over $60 I would never go there again & wouldn't recommend this place.
I love going here. I feel pampered every time I come. Michelle and Courtney are fantastic at what they do.

I went here today for the first and last time. My stylist was Courtney, and she was terrible. I wanted a simple haircut, just to make my hair a little shorter and even it out. She repeatedly cut it incorrectly, leaving the back of my hair too long, adding layers I did not ask for, etc. I felt that I was very clear about what I wanted, and that my request was very simple. I had to explain to her five times that I just wanted my haircut to be even, and I had to show her three times the length I wanted it cut to. She also left to take three phone calls in the middle of cutting my hair. I was there nearly an hour, even though I was initially told that such a simple haircut would take 10-15 minutes. I do not thinkI should have had to correct her 8 times. I was especially put off when I had to explain to her that she had cut my hair unevenly and she said she thought it was even. Most of what she said to me was impossible to hear, since she spoke very quietly and nowhere near a normal volume. Don't waste your money or time here. It may seem convenient to get a haircut here, but it is not worth the frustration. The employees do not know what they are doing.
The prices are not competitive if you take the time to look around a bit.
