Everytime I go here for breakfast they can't get my order right. It never fails.. I will be missing a sandwich or get the wrong sandwich. I am absolutley fed up and will never buy another thing from hardees. Its a joke of a location. How in the hell do you fail so hard at this? How hard can it be? And people wonder why no one takes the fight for $15 dollars an hour serious. This is why. Prime examples.
Thumbs all the way down. I feel like Hardee's is a low class fast food place. The food isn't even that good. The workers are almost always worried about doing something OTHER than work! Especially at this location. The customer is why they are there so it really irks my nerve when no one even asks if you want dipping sauce for the ten piece chicken tenders you ordered! It also badly bothers me when you cannot even smile at your customer and actually give looks of disgust or ignore them even. The tone of voice I got when I was TOLD, not asked, to pull up for the wait on cooking my food was rude and I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received tonight. Food is hot and fresh and I'm sure it will taste fine but this particular location has always been terrible for the customer service and just overall cleanliness and care for the way they come off to the public. It's a real shame. Oh yeah and this specific time, the speaker was out in drive thru so you had to pull to the window and order and I handed her TWO coupons for what I was ordering and I noticed when I got home (on my receipt) she didn't even use them!!!!??!???!??!! WTF????? It wasn't worth the $2 savings to go back and complain so I decided to just review them here. Pathetic. I won't be back. This town just sucks for any restaurants anyway...let alone fast food. And I thought I'd give Hardee's a chance. HA! I never go here. Never again.
It's Hardee's which I enjoy, this isn't the best as far as quality goes but It's edible and will do if you don't want to drive to Champaign.
The Rantoul one has improved there service with new people
